Transfers!

Transfers have come and some things have changed. Instead of leaving the area in the hands of my newly trained companion I am now training another new missionary in this area. He is called Elder Holt, he is from St. George Utah and he actually knows Elder Cummings younger brother so he was like “Elder Cummings says hi to everyone”, and I like freaked out.  For those who don’t know, Elder Cummings was my companion before Elder Mochaki and I actually (served with him when he) finished his mission. So now our house is like this. In T-3A: Elder Mochaki and Elder Mataveis who are both in their 3rd transfers and just finished training. T-3B: Elder Laresen who is one of the Zone Leaders here in Matola training Elder Walton. T-3C: This is Elder Holt’s and mine area and as well as training I am also the T-3 District Leader. Its gonna be a pretty exciting transfer. We are pretty hopeful to see some miracles this transfer.

One cool story is the other night we were walking and contacted a man who gave us a reference. He said he didnt know the woman very well, but he thought she needed a visit. We took her number down and marked a visit for Saturday. We get there and find out that she is 28 years old living with her 8 year old son in her Aunt and Uncles house. When I asked about the Husband she told us that he had died 2 years ago and she misses him a lot. She was very interested in the plan of salvation and then she came to church yesterday which was way awesome. Every one please continue to pray for Ana Paula that she and her son can be baptised on the day of may 2nd. Thanks for all the prayer and loves.
